This was my first bike (in 1980): a '77 Honda CB 550 K3:

And this is my current bike, a 2006 Honda VFR 800 VTEC ABS (RC46C).

I bought it in April 2009 with only 1.250 km's on the odometer, so it is a practically new bike. The only thing I changed so far are the tires: it still had the original Bridgestone BT020's and I don't like them. The handling is dramatic. They are only good for a lot of km's. With my new set of Michelin Pilot Power/Pilot Road 2 it's much more fun!

I grew too tall in my leather combi, so I had to buy a new one :)

I prefer bikes of the make Honda or Yamaha. I think they are technically superior to their competition and they simply look better. I would like to own more than one bike, because it is difficult to choose between a sports bike and a touring bike. Unfortunately this is not possible. This is the shortlist of my possible next bikes:
